PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The Diesel Fill fuel cap provides a tested and approved solution to prevent misfuelling by physically blocking the wrong fuel nozzle from being inserted. It only opens when the correct nozzle is used, ensuring your vehicle is always properly fuelled.
Diesel Fill is available for vehicles with screw on fuel caps only. For assurance please check our Diesel Fill Compatibility Sheet here or contact us on (02) 6280 4334.
Please note: The Diesel Fill cap does not accept high-flow diesel nozzles and may not be compatible with aftermarket long range fuel tanks.
This kit contains:
- Diesel Fill Misfuelling Prevention Device
- Diesel Fill Fitting Tool used for install and removal of the Diesel Fill from the filler neck.
Great product but made of light duty plastic which will probably go brittle over time.

Just to clarify, the device is blow-moulded from the same grade of polymer used by vehicle manufacturers for their fuel caps, so it’s designed to handle temperature variation, vibration and long-term use. We’ve had one fitted to our own vehicle for over nine years now, and it hasn’t gone brittle or shown any signs of ageing. We also haven't had any returns or feedback of this nature from fleet companies or customers.
We stand by the quality of our products 100%, so if you ever do experience a manufacturing issue, such as brittleness, we’ll happily replace it or offer a refund — no questions asked. We’d much rather help you replace or refund it than have you get frustrated and give up on it.

Great product but unfortunately i didn't read the vehicle list. Doesn't fit to my vehicle.
This was the 2nd one I have purchased, the first one for a Mitsubishi Challenger the 2nd a Pajero sport I have found them excellent with one incident which saved me from putting petrol in
Well designed product that looks to be of good quality. Easy to follow instructions with all you need included. Removing and replacing the tether strap somewhat difficult though.
I purchased a diesel fill cap 5 years ago after filling a Subaru Forester diesel with a full tank of petrol. Almost $1000 wasted. This product is inexpensive insurance to stop you inserting a thinner petrol pump nozzle. It's happened to other people I know too. MUST HAVE ITEM if you own a diesel.
